My name is Cynthia Shelton I am a people person who loves helping others, I began my career in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2004. The next step for me was to become a  Certified Medical Assistant which eventually lead me to become a Phlebotomist and have been for 19yrs. Being a phlebotomist I fell in love with my chosen career and I quickly realized this is where I belong. Through the years I grew a passion for it, I developed my technique and became one of the Best Phlebotomist  Ever. Working for a phlebotomy company was a dream come true it would seem until they separated the entire unit. We were all shocked! However being separated from that company was the best thing to ever happen to me. It motivated me to become independent I began to start my very own mobile phlebotomy company. Alongside a few other amazing colleagues we started BPE. Being a seasoned phlebotomist of 19yrs I realized how crucial phlebotomy is within healthcare.
